Above all, we encourage you to use Cleanfeed to its full potential and enjoy it for its intended purpose. However, we require that you use it responsibly and this document sets out these terms.
This is a legal agreement between you and Cleanfeed LLP. Each time you access or use our service, you agree to be bound by these terms, and you confirm that you are of legal age and otherwise fully able and competent to do so.
All of the software associated with our services and websites is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
You acknowledge that the name “Cleanfeed”, “cleanfeed.net” and the Cleanfeed “C” logo are used as trademarks. The Cleanfeed logo and its variations are protected by copyright.
You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way copyrighted material, trademarks or other proprietary rights without our prior written permission.
Where parts of the Cleanfeed service may be provided to you free of charge there is no warranty to the extent permitted by applicable law. These are provided "as is"; without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
You make your own judgement as to whether the Cleanfeed service is suitable for you. We shall not be responsible for any loss, or damage, incurred as a result of intended use, or misuse, of the service or software. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of earnings or reputation.
You acknowledge that the performance of the Cleanfeed service can be limited by the performance of Internet connections, compatible devices, compatible software, and other factors which are beyond our control. Whilst we aim to provide the best overall service in all cases, this may not always be possible. You agree that the provision of these third party devices and services is your responsibility, including any fees incurred.
Whilst we strive to provide the Cleanfeed service which is free of faults and always available, we do not commit to do so. There is no “Guaranteed Uptime”, “Service Level Agreement” or “SLA”, nor does payment for services imply one.
Any payment does not entitle you to technical support using the Cleanfeed service. Where technical support is given on a best efforts basis, that does not imply any commitment to future technical support.
Cleanfeed LLP may, at its sole discretion, modify or discontinue part, or all of the Cleanfeed service without prior notice.
A “fair use” policy applies. You will not consume disproportionate amount of our bandwidth or resources through a manner such as large number of streams, or constant use over long periods. Whether the use of the service is disproportionate depends on technical factors and is at our sole discretion.
The Cleanfeed service is provided for content creation. You agree that the service shall not be used as a communication tool for safety-critical operation including, but not limited to, crowd management, medical and emergency services, aviation, marine and space exploration.
You will not use the Cleanfeed service to aid in any activities which are illegal, including in your local laws and laws of the United Kingdom.
You will not engage in antisocial behaviour using the Cleanfeed service. Antisocial behaviour is that which negatively impacts others who themselves may, or may not, be users of the service. It includes, but is not limited to, the sending of unsolicited communications, snooping, harassment, reverse engineering and attempts to disrupt the service.
You agree to be solely responsible for the content you send and receive using the Cleanfeed service. This includes, but is not limited to, you holding appropriate licenses to send or receive copyrighted material. Cleanfeed LLP makes no claim on copyright or any other rights to the content which you send and receive using the service.
Our separate privacy policy applies. It covers our handling of personal data (in compliance with the GDPR), encryption of your audio & video, analytics data and opt-in to marketing communications.
Where payment is made for the Cleanfeed service, you agree that Cleanfeed LLP will charge your credit card, or another payment mechanism, selected by you for all amounts due. This amount includes set up fees, recurring subscription fees, or any other fee or charge associated with your subscription. We shall display all fees clearly before you agree to a payment or subscription.
Cleanfeed LLP may change prices at any time. This includes charging a fee for parts of the service which have, at other times, been offered free of charge. We agree to provide you with reasonable prior notice and opportunity to terminate your subscription if we believe the change is not in your favour, such as an increase to the subscription fee. You agree to keep your contact information up to date to allow us to contact you in these circumstances.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will not receive a refund for any service already paid for. It is your responsibility to cancel prior to the next scheduled payment being taken.
We reserve the right to terminate your account or block your access to our systems if we believe you to be in breach of these terms.
We shall notify you of any revisions to these terms of service which affect you. In the event that the Cleanfeed service is transferred to a new owner, your agreement to these terms shall be transferred to the new owner by default. You can terminate this agreement at any time by closing your account and ceasing use of the Cleanfeed service.
